Somatic IFS Coaching with Rasika

Experience the deepest, most compassionate inner transformation work of your life.

Reconnect with your true Self and heal the parts that keep you stuck

Private 1:1 sessions for people who are self-aware, spiritually oriented, and ready to move beyond stuck patterns into a more conscious, authentic, and inspired life.
You may already understand yourself well. You may already have done a lot of inner work. And still, old patterns remain that block you from moving toward the life you actually want in your relationships, career, health, money, creativity, and personal expression.
  • You wait for clarity, perfection, or external validation before you feel confident.
  • You contract, doubt, or hesitate in order to stay safe, liked, or accepted.
  • You notice inner tension, anxiety, control, insecurity, and other conditioning draining your energy and shaping your choices, relationships, and way of being.
This work goes beyond intellectual understanding, coping, and temporary release or regulation by accessing the roots of your patterns at the level of body and subconscious mind.
It's about the transformation of consciousness and learning how to relate to yourself in an entirely new way. Together, we journey inward and cultivate an embodied healing relationship with your inner world that supports integration, wholeness, and the profound, lasting change you’ve been longing for.

What I Offer

My approach is grounded in Internal Family Systems and integrates somatic awareness and spiritual presence to help you explore, befriend, and tend to your wounded and protector parts with compassion.

Our work begins by slowing down enough to feel what is alive in the body, listen to and attune to the inner experience of your parts, and open to the conscious awareness and spiritual presence of Self, which can bring healing and harmony to your inner world.
I gently guide you to explore your inner world with curiosity and respect for your system’s pace and needs, coming to understand the felt experience of the parts of you that carry fear, perfectionism, people-pleasing, avoidance, and other protective strategies, along with the more vulnerable parts beneath them that hold pain, shame, distress, and limiting beliefs such as unworthiness.
As your parts are compassionately witnessed and cared for by your deepest Self, they begin to experience the safety, love, and belonging they have been needing from within. As trust is restored in your Self as the natural leader of your inner system, protective patterns can begin to soften, burdens can begin to naturally release, and what once felt conflicted, confusing, or constricted can gradually unwind.
From there, you can embody a stronger sense of Self in everyday life. This is how inner work becomes a process of transformation of consciousness and spiritual awakening.

If any of this sounds like you, you’re in the right place…

  • You’re self-aware, reflective, and interested in your inner world.
  • You notice parts of you carrying old patterns of pain and protection, and you want to meet them in a way that allows for healing, release, and integration.
  • You want to meet your parts with more compassion instead of judgment, suppression, or bypassing.
  • You know lasting change requires an embodied transformation of consciousness from the inside out.
  • You want this inner shift to be reflected in your relationships, your work, your health, your purpose, your creativity, and the way you relate to money and possibility.
  • You’re drawn to inner work, embodiment, and spiritual awakening.
  • You long for a more meaningful, profound relationship with yourself, the people you love, and Spirit.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • Sessions are gentle, experiential, and deeply attuned.

You may come in with a pattern, emotion, relationship dynamic, inner conflict, or something you feel stuck around. From there, we slow down, arrive in the body, and listen inward together. I help you track what is happening in your system, meet the parts that are present, and stay connected to enough Self-energy for the process to feel grounded and supportive.

This often feels like a guided inner journey or meditation where brainwaves slow down (beta and theta) and we access the subconscious mind. You are awake, aware, and in choice the entire time. My role is not to force a breakthrough, but to help create the conditions for your inner world to open safely and naturally.

  • I recommend weekly sessions, especially at the beginning, because this work unfolds through consistency and relationship.

Just like any meaningful relationship, your relationship with your parts and with Self deepens through regular contact. Weekly sessions help build trust, continuity, and momentum.

That said, I understand that life is full of work, family, travel and at times sickness. I ask clients to try and commit to at least 3 sessions per month so the work can remain connected and alive. We always reschedule missed weeks.

  • That is completely welcome.

In IFS, skepticism is often understood as a protective part doing an important job. Rather than trying to push it away, we make space for it too. Skeptical parts usually want to make sure you are safe, not misled, or not getting your hopes up.

You do not need to force belief or arrive already trusting the process. You only need enough openness to stay curious. We go at the pace your system allows.

  • This work is a good fit if you are self-aware, open to inner exploration, and wanting more than insight alone. It is especially supportive if you can feel that certain patterns keep repeating and you want to understand and transform them at a deeper, more embodied level of consciousness.

A Clarity Call is the best way to sense whether this work feels aligned for you.

  • This is not therapy, and I am not a licensed mental health provider.

I am an IFS-trained practitioner and coach, and I offer this work as a personal development and consciousness-based approach to inner healing, self-understanding, and transformation. I do not diagnose or treat mental health conditions.

While our work may touch tender, vulnerable, or painful experiences from the past, we do so gently, slowly, and with care from the grounded presence of Self. This is one of the reasons I value the IFS model so deeply: it is built around compassion, inner safety, and trusting the pace of your system.

This work is for people who are ready to explore their inner world in a supported way and use Somatic IFS as a path of healing, integration, and conscious living.
