This guided meditation invites you to return to the present moment and your body, allowing your true Self to reconnect deeply with the earth’s nourishing and grounding energy. This practice can be done in the morning to start your day rooted and centered, or in the evening to release the stress of the day and drift into a peaceful, soothing sleep.
