Daily Parts Check-in
This guided meditation invites you to check inside and connect with whatever parts of you are present in this moment. Oftentimes we brush off thoughts, feelings or sensations that arise in our body and mind without taking the time to listen to the message they may be trying to share with us. By making this a daily practice, we can give space for the different parts of us to not only be felt and known, but integrated with more balance and harmony into our system, to express the natural gifts they they have to share.
