Internal Family Systems isn’t something you simply learn—it’s something you embody through ongoing immersion, practice, and reflection over time.

This consultation group is a 4-month program for IFS trained practitioners, coaches and therapists who want to continue deepening their skills, confidence, and embodied Self-led healing presence. It’s an interactive experiential learning space for you to receive support in navigating the real-world nuances of practicing IFS.

Continue your IFS journey…

Within this consultation group, practitioners are invited to bring real case material and explore the places they feel stuck in their work. We will unpack common challenges that arise in sessions and explore how to navigate them with greater clarity, confidence, and Self-leadership.

This is also a space to turn inward and gently explore your own parts as a practitioner that become activated or triggered while working with clients. We will learn to recognize how our own inner systems directly shape the way we show up with our clients. Since IFS is best learned experientially, this program will be conducted through live demonstrations, shared inquiry, and real-time discussion, allowing insight to emerge from practice rather than theory alone.

Most importantly, this is a community of peers—a space to stay connected, supported, and inspired as you continue to grow and refine your IFS practice. Practicing in isolation only goes so far, but healing, learning, and mastery can deepen through relationship and connection.

“IFS is a loving way of relating internally (to your parts) and externally (to the people in your life), so in that sense, IFS is a life practice as well. It’s something you can do on a daily, moment-to-moment basis—at any time, by yourself or with others.”
